Thanks for stopping by! Keep reading to find out a little more about me and my background before I became a Specialist English Coach for Lawyers.

Professional

I started teaching English as a foreign language back in 2008 in Bangladesh and fell in love with it. Since then, I've worked in several different countries as a teacher, senior teacher, Model United Nations public speaking coach, a communication coach and a Cambridge speaking examiner.

In July 2020 I started my business exclusively coaching lawyers and legal professionals with their English. Since then, I have worked with lawyers from Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Korea, China, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine and Saudi Arabia, helping them to gain confidence; communicate effectively with clients; speak up in meetings; and excel in negotiations and presentations.

Personal

I'm originally from Norwich in the UK. I've moved around quite a lot, including time spent in the Middle East, a year in France and four years in Spain - and, more recently, I'm back in my hometown in the UK.

In my free time I love to kayak (the picture was taken in Málaga), take road trips in my converted van, read non-fiction books and cook! I have a BA Hons in International Relations and an MA in Middle East Politics as I love learning about different cultures and histories. I've always been interested in languages and how they're learned and am currently learning both Spanish and Arabic myself, so I can relate to your struggles with English!
